Brad Paisley and His Wife Opening Free Grocery Store in Nashville

Brad Paisley and his wife have teamed with Belmont University to open a groundbreaking new free grocery store in Nashville.

The space is called the Store, and it was inspired by a Thanksgiving season they spent in California with their young sons, when Kimberly Williams-Paisley thought were acting spoiled. She decided to teach them by example by having the entire family volunteer at the Unity Shoppe in Santa Barbara, which provides groceries to people in need. They came away convinced that a similar idea would be beneficial in Nashville, and Paisley — who is the president of the Store's board of trustees — says part of what separates the Store from a typical food bank is the atmosphere.

Martina McBride Talks 'America's Got Talent,' New Music Plans

Martina McBride is trying her hand at something new: She's set to appear as a guest judge on July 31's episode of America's Got Talent, making her part of a growing list of country artists who have thrown their hats into the reality talent show arena.

In a recent interview with Billboard, McBride explains that she's nowhere near a Simon Cowell type, but that fans can expect her judging style to be more of a mix between the show's Heidi Klum and Mel B. But when it's valid and helpful, I feel like I can manage."

The best part? It has Jennifer Nettles' seal of approval.

From the moment White heard the tune (written by Busbee, Brad Tursi and Troy Verges), he knew in his heart who it seemed to be talking about—his wife, Alex.

“She was married a couple years before [we met] and it ended bad,” White tells Taste of Country in the back of his tour bus before his show at Windy City Smokeout in Chicago July 14. “The guy she married was a drug addict, and he’s better now I guess, but it just was a bad thing. A lot happened, you know?”

Kelly Clarkson Addresses Rumors of a Feud With Carrie Underwood: 'Let's Just End This Right Now'

Kelly Clarkson addressed rumors of bad blood between her and Carrie Underwood head-on at the Radio Disney Music Awards on Friday night (June 22), making it clear that there's no truth to them.

Clarkson and Underwood were both among the honorees at the awards show, which took place in Los Angeles, and they made headlines when they posed for a series of pictures together on the red carpet, smiling into the cameras and clowning around like old friends. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight afterward, Clarkson said it was her idea to pose together.

"Everybody always tries to pit me and Carrie against each other," she says. "So, when I saw her I was like, ‘You know what? Let’s just end this right now and get a picture together because we are never in the same place.' And, like, it never happens. And people always try to put it together like we’re enemies. And I’m like, ‘We don’t even know each other well enough to be enemies.' So, anyway, I went to get a picture and then everybody lost their mind."

Miranda Lambert Was Uncomfortable During the 'Hollywood Part of My Life' With Blake Shelton

Miranda Lambert attracts plenty of attention from fans and the media, but that doesn't mean she likes it all of it. In a new interview, the singer-songwriter confesses she has never enjoyed the promotional aspect of her career, and was especially uncomfortable with the attention that came to bear on her when she was married to Blake Shelton.

Lambert and Shelton married in May of 2011, and while both were stars at the time, neither one had reached the peak of their careers. Shelton's fame went mainstream when he took a job as a coach on The Voice that same year, while Lambert reached new heights with Four the Record in 2011 and Platinum in 2014. The pair were the subject of endless coverage and tabloid speculation about their marriage, and Lambert tells Hits Daily Double that it even changed the way she approached the publicity for Platinum.

"I remember I told [manager] Marion [Kraft] that I needed to up my visibility on this record," Lambert recalls. "I don’t know why I felt that way. Maybe it was the phase in my life where the tabloids came into play. The Hollywood part of my life, but really my husband’s life at that time. And I remember thinking, if we can focus on the music, the light’ll take the focus off all this other sh-t that doesn’t matter."

Kacey Musgraves and Harry Styles Duet on Shania Twain Favorite

Who knew British heartthrob Harry Styles was a Shania Twain fan? On Friday (June 22), during his show at New York's Madison Square Garden, the former One Direction member belted out a version of "Still the One" with his opening artist, Kacey Musgraves.

"We're gonna sing one of my personal favorites," Styles introduced the 1997 hit classic, after inviting Musgraves up on stage with him. The crowd seemed a little confused by the opening bars, but by the time Musgraves launched into the first line, they had caught on and were screaming in approval.

Styles traded off verses sweetly with Musgraves, and shared the chorus in a manner that showed off both their unique vocal styles perfectly. We'd bet Twain would approve—watch above to see if you do, as well!

Kacey Musgraves Defines Elegance With 'Rainbow' on 'Seth Meyers' [Watch]

Kacey Musgraves has showcased the beauty of Golden Hour across a variety of major TV performances, but she may have delivered the most ethereal one yet with the beautiful "Rainbow" on Late Night With Seth Meyers.

Musgraves has shown love to many of the songs off Golden Hour including "Space Cowboy," "High Horse" and "Slow Burn," and on Wednesday night (June 20), she brought "Rainbow" into the spotlight. The poignant singer embodies the song's title in her attire, donning a gorgeous white dress accented with a rainbow stripe that runs throughout the gown, for the occasion.

With nothing but a piano player accompanying her, Musgraves offers up a touching performance that proved the power of simplicity, as her calming voice and rainbow lights in the background created a dreamlike atmosphere on the late night set. "Let go of your umbrella / 'Cause, darlin', I'm just tryin' to tell ya / That there's always been a rainbow hangin' over your head," she sings sincerely, capturing the gentleness of the song and bringing a silence over the crowd.
