Carrie Underwood is proud to be an Okie, and Oklahoma is proud of her.
The "Dirty Laundry" singer will be inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame in November during a ceremony hosted by Vince Gill and broadway star Kristin Chenoweth.
“I’ve always been proud to say I’m from Oklahoma,” the country superstar told CMT Cody. “The people, culture, and environment molded me into the person I am today. It’s such an honor to be recognized among such great company by the Oklahoma Hall of Fame!”
Carrie joins fellow Oklahoma natives, Reba, Toby Keith, Blake Shelton and Gill who have previously been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
