I think we all saw this coming. Kelly’s show has been extremely successful, and she has been a front runner for Ellen’s time slot for quite some time. Now it’s going to be a reality.
Clarkson’s show is only in it’s second season, but it’s become a hit because of her amazing personality and interview style with high-profile celebrity guests.
Ellen has chosen to step down from her show of 19 years. Kelly has been renewed for 2 more years, and is likely to start at the new timeslot Fall of 2022.
