A new survey found the top types of exercise that people avoid doing in public,

#1 Crunches – 46% of people not wanting others to see them doing it. 

#2 Sit- Ups ( is this not the same as a crunch?)

#3 Squats (IDC I have 0 shame)

#4 Push Ups (I’d fail and that’s my embarrassment)

#5 Lunges (I don’t see this as embarrassing….)

There’s no reasoning . . . and maybe we are timid about squats and lunges because they kind of “push out” our butts and crotches?
